Payment Methods & Policy

Payment Methods

Challenger Teamwear cannot begin to process league orders until a 50% deposit has been paid. Orders will ship only upon Challenger Teamwear’s receipt of full payment of the order. Challenger Teamwear accepts 3 easy methods of payment:

1. Credit Cards: Immediate order processing

Debit and Credit Card Authorization:

At the time that inventory is available for your order Challenger Teamwear will electronically obtain authorization from your credit card or debit card that is equal to the total sum of you order.  This is to ensure that the card is active and there are sufficient funds to cover your purchase.  Although the authorization will temporarily reduce the account's available line of credit by the order total value, no charges have been posted.

Once authorization is received, the actual charge will appear on your account on the day your order is shipped.  Some banks have been known to hold the initial authorization open on your account for 3-10 business days.  It may appear that Challenger Teamwear has charged your account twice.  Please contact your bank or card company to learn how long they hold these authorizations that may reduce your available balance.

2. Cashier’s Checks/Money Orders: Immediate processing upon receipt

3. Personal Checks: Order processing 7 business days after receipt

Challenger Teamwear accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Note: To continue supplying the best quality and the lowest prices Challenger Teamwear cannot offer credit on any orders, including add-ons. Payment is required for shipment of all orders. Purchase Orders are accepted only for Parks and Recreations, Cities, YMCAs, or Schools.

Effective Jaunuary 1, 2010, Challenger Teamwear will assess a 1.5% per month finance charge (APR 18%) on any invoice that remains upaid after 30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge is assessed on the unpaid balance that has been billed after the payment due date.
